Delivery Time

Most custom items will be ready for shipment within two to three weeks. You will be given an update via email when order is received and when your order is ready to ship. To complete your order we need a phone number and a valid email and mailing address.

Shipping

We offer free UPS ground shipping to the continental U.S.A. only. We also offer UPS Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day delivery at an additional charge. Shipping is available outside the U.S.A. Call for additional charges.

Onscreen Color

Every effort has been made to ensure color accuracy of the fabrics and trims. Due to computer monitor resolutions, we can not guarantee an exact color match. There may be slight color variations. Please feel free to call us for swatches if you are unsure of the color you have chosen.

Returns

Each blanket is cut and sewn to your specifications. Please double check your order before completing the transaction. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. If you have any questions regarding your order we recommend you call customer service.
